The location is great to walk to restaurants and the town/beach as well as buses and trains. The hotel buildings are amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff are friendly and informative, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s atmospheric and has views over Swanage.

Location is amazing. Steep hill to town but short distance. Great views. The house is full of character, and has everything you need for self catering or bringing back fish and chips :-) We had no trouble with parking.

It is a fantastic location with stunning views across the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mark, who gave us some excellent recommendations for our trips out. Wonderful breakfast, clean & spacious rooms, and a relaxing evening lounge bar. Plenty of parking, stairs directly down to the beach, and only a short walk to Swanage for a drink or meal if wanting to eat outside of the hotel.

Spacious. Comfortable bedrooms. Excellent location for exploring Swanage; it was 5 minutes walk away from beach, park, crazy golf and closer to shops and cafes. That it came with parking was a factor when we booked. My family enjoyed playing the piano, guitar and the Xbox! It was clean and well appointed. Having Alexa to play music was nice.

Property is situated just a 10 minute walk from Swanage sea front and all the shops. From its elivated position you enjoy wonderful views over Swanage Bay and beyond. First time visitors to Dorset, loved every bit of it, Studland peninsula and the beaches are spectacular and Poole is just 15 minutes drive away. We will be back.

Kept to a very high modern standard, close proximity to Swanage and on a bus route should you not want to take the 20 mins walk into town. Very Good local shop within 100 yards. Very clean , spaciose and comfortable with excellent facilities. Loads to see and do around the area . An excellent family holiday location.
