The facilities were exceptionally clean, the owner very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was exceptionally quiet. The local pub was great and we met new friends there. We were late for dinner and the pub ran out of food. They were very accommodating that we get take away Fish & Chips from the restaurant across the street and provided us with plates, utensils and even malt vinegar for the chips.

The owner was lovely. Place was spotless and very comfortable. There's nothing to fault here. Towels provided, extra blanket in case you're cold. Perfect location with fast and easy access to terminals.

Unbelivable experience. Me and my husband stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights and we were amazed about the hospitality. The room was really nice and bigger than expected, felt like an upgrade. The bed was really comfortable with huge blanket and enough pillows. The hotel also provided a complimentary drinks- what ever you wish! And the breakfast.... it was absolutely amazing. My husband, the non-emotional estonian man, had tears in his eyes, when he took the bites from his eggs benedict, and said that this was the best breakfast he has ever had. I had the same feeling with my breakfast, the avocado on toast. The personal touch, the cooked breakfast that is made fresh and all the welcoming staff made the whole thing absolutely incredible. Thank you all for the best hotel experience ever! Cant wait to come back and enjoy it all again. Greetings and compliments from Estonia!

There's a lot of aircraft noise being next to Heathrow.

There's a lot of aircraft noise being next to Heathrow. I stayed in Stanwell Moor before (off Long Lane) this was not an issue - strange.. There are some really nice places to go walking & seeing sheep & cows is a bonus. There's a good selection of shops on Clare Road, a wonderful fish & chip shop. The village is very English in some ways, though the population is diverse. Over the years have stayed in Stanwell for quite a few months but always whilst working. If you're on holiday it might be a little boring, but for me it's the perfect location as it's a short commute. Lots of public transport, big Tesco supermarket, Staines is close and that has everything you could possibly want.

Please refund.

Please refund. We were denied the room we had booked and paid for. The driver was very angry we weren't at the correct pickup place at Heathrow. We were lost, I was not rude to him, just trying to understand where to go to meet him. He hung up the phone on me. When I called him back he said I was a horrible person, don't come to his hotel, don't call him. Please refund.

Real issue is its impossible to get hold of anyone without your booking reference. If that's on your phone and you lose access you cannot get any help. You really need a24/7 emergency number with a human at the other end.

Each room had been beautifully decorated and had its own ensuite. They all looked over the garden and were all light and airy. Breakfast was available if required and it was only a short walk into local town for a meal. Being close to Heathrow was a big plus @nd the owner Paul provided transportation to the airport at a small cost.

for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

Handy for the hotel, room was clean and great value for money, with good facilities for our one night stay. The bathroom door wasn't a proper door and had gaps in, but great for using the toilet with others nearby. Main negative was that we were in an attic room with lots of narrow steps up and was very difficult getting up and down with our heavy suitcases. Something to be mindful of.

It’s a lovely property, very clean & well thought out. It’s very easy to communicate with the staff & they help instantly with any issues or questions. We were abit nervous about using a serviced apartment through booking.com rather than your traditional hotel but honestly we didn’t need to worry at all
