Excellent customer service.Good selection for breakfast, great shuttle bus service that costs £4 one way, every 30 mins.for me would have been better if it was a return ticket at that price. Friendly staff, stylish rooms, but more importantly super clean and super comfortable. Made our trip to Stansted super easy, saved a bit on parking and got a great night's sleep having landed at such a late hour. Would definitely use again.

Only stayed one night and due to being exhausted from travelling just rested in room until flight next morning, so didn't use any of the facilities. But very happy with my experience and welcoming staff especially Zach on reception, very helpful and great personality.

I was in Bishop's Stortford, the city is very green, very nice and beautiful. There are a lot of greenery. There are beautiful market (Sainsbury's, Aldi...) and the river is inside the Castle Park. That's wonderful

Very handy for staying near the airport, not too much airplane noise, shuttle is 4 pounds each way, every 30 minutes, so if you're a family might make sense to get a taxi? Otherwise, it was efficient, and there's a covered heated waiting area for it at the airport. Check-in was very friendly, quick and informative. Restaurant was so-so, food wasn't very appetising and service was poor. It closes at 10pm so don't plan to eat at the hotel if you're arriving late. No TVs turned on in the bar on a Champions League night, though in fairness maybe they would have been on request. The room was fine, clean, comfortable and the temperature was perfect.

I liked the gym facilities which had a range of exercise options. Overall the hotel is ideally located next to the airport terminal and is the perfect place to prepare for or recuperate from a long flight.

I loved the bar & restaurant & comfortable bed & pillows , a stone throw from terminal which made catching my flight a breeze in the morning 4 min walk if that i will stay again next time I fly from stanstead for sure

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is good. Stansted is easy to reach, and the hotel is close to the terminal with convenient onsite parking. Previously, I was told parking was on a first come, first served basis, which seemed fair enough. However, on my last visit I was informed after parking that no space was available as I had not booked in advance. If the policy had changed, this should have been made clear at the time of booking. The inconsistency was disappointing, and unfortunately this experience has soured my opinion of the hotel. I will be looking elsewhere in future.

The hotel is a good option for late arrivals/early departures as it's near Stansted Airport. The shuttle bus costs GBP 4.00 and runs every 30 minutes. I landed shortly after midnight and was able to catch the 00:45 bus, which meant that I was at the hotel before 1am. Check-in was quick and easy and staff were very nice. The room was spacious and clean, although it did look quite tired, as did the rest of the hotel in some places. Breakfast was good and offered a decent selection of hot and cold produce.

All their facilities were of the highest standard. Proximity to the airport was our main concern, we were able to leave our car in the hotel car park. Dining/breakfast area was well-designed, easy to access, plenty of space to serve a large number of guests. No queue-ing for the coffee machines! Beds were very comfortable. An added benefit was the friendliness of the staff.

It’s purely a lay over hotel. Don’t go to the restaurant. Use it if wanting a nice cheaper option to go to the airport or as a one night stop over. Pretty clean. Bed ok. Be nice if you could open a window
