Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Veggie burger was very nice. Very friendly and amenable staff. Good to have top ups to tea and coffee on the landing. Very close to our grand daughter's student accommodation which was a bonus. Quite area but not far to walk to bustling street with restaurants etc and also the botanic gardens. Free onsite parking.

Jane met us on arrival and had already been so kind and helpful with our booking. The house is beautifully situated and perfectly clean and well equipped. Lovely treats were left for us in the kitchen and the cottage was decorated for Christmas. During the week our hosts checked on us without intrusion and mentioned a local event we might enjoy.
