The Swan Hotel is magnificent. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and clean. Every day we had cookies, coffee, pods, and tea. The rooms overlooking the river are wonderful. Great breakfast, both continental and English. We dined at the restaurant and stayed the pub – everything was excellent: the food, the beer, the service and the atmosphere. The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful.

It was a very last minute booking for an early morning flight from T5 Heathrow but perfect. Nice simple clean and comfortable room and bed and good shared bathroom. £25 shuttle to airport in the morning and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend for a short stay for Heathrow flights.

Staines, like most towns in the UK is suffering from decline of the traditional high street. This is mainly due to out of town shopping centres and large supermarkets. Very good market in the high street on a Saturday.

Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow. It was a good base for a 2 day visit to Windsor & then Twickenham. Trains run regularly to both. Town was well facilitated with shops, food outlets both major and independent businesses

Lovely location near the river Thames which was nice to walk by in the morning and evenings. Good local area with shops and restaurants and the train station goes straight into London. Really easy to access nearby transport links and Heathrow airport too.

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

The Apartment is well located in Staines, close to the pedestrian area and Two River shopping mall so plenty of choice available. The underground parking is a life saver. The apartment is well equipped with modern fittings, more than suffiiceint for 2 people staying, it would be a bit crammed if more than 2. Bathroom is new nicely fitted, good shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Internet works well too.

Great room in a good position. Cleaned very well daily. Fresh linen and towels. Great options for breakfast (included in our deal). Excellent parking with lights. Quiet location and really well positioned for shops and Staines plus all major towns and attractions. Easy to get to from all routes including M25. Our second stay and will continue to use this hotel when visiting family.

Great location close to many options for eating and shopping. Staff very helpful big shout out to Ana who was very supportive during our transport issues with a none hotel related vendor.Breakfast served in a nice area with views of the Thames. Rooms clean and great value. We would stay here again.
