Staff was very friendly, welcoming and always present and very helpful whenever assistance was needed or questions occurred. At my arrival I got an upgrade which made my Karma-experience even more unforgettable. I would definitely come again.

Warm & friendly welcome by Peter. Great and attentive stuff in the bar, restaurant and at breakfast. Tasty food and room in line with expectations, costly but worth the money.
