The whole experience form checking in, delicious evening snacks with a drink in the outdoor beer garden, helpful and friendly staff, great cooked breakfast right through checking out was a fantastic experience. Room was spacious and clean. Surrounding walks were lovely too.

This property was in a brilliant location for the Matlock Christmas Market. We also visited the waterfall in nearby. Lumsdale. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The rooms were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend it. 😊

Easy access to M1. Excellent to have a great pub close by for food. Honestly the best value around. We paid 50 pounds for a really big room. Separate single beds for kids. Was not expecting much but very much exceeded expectation and would stay again.

Little Barn is located on a farm and is rural.

Little Barn is located on a farm and is rural. However, it is in an excellent position to visit the Peak District. We visited the local Red Lion pub and the landlady and locals were very friendly. As we self catered at the accommodation we didn't eat at any of the places recommended by the owners.

The place was superb in everyway. we could not foult it at...

The place was superb in everyway. we could not foult it at all and we do raccomend it to most people. our problem was our 14 years old dog. the bedroom and launch are one big room without doors and therefore we could not sleep because we could hear our old 14 years dog snoring and scratching and chasing her dreams at night. if not it was perfect and 10 out of 10 in every possible way.
