An absolutely stunning house surrounded by a beautiful garden. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was fully furnished with anything you might need. The owners were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming (and so were their adorable pets!)

First and foremost, our host was absolutely wonderful. My apologies to her for this extremely late review, because she deserved an excellent one right away. We arrived at an ungodly hour and she was waiting for us! We had trouble with the bus, taking transit from Heathrow (normally super easy to manage, but we arrived past midnight on a weekend and buses were less frequent) and she was super helpful and very kind about it. We arrived really quite late (around 2 AM maybe?) and she was gracious and made us two beautiful cups of tea. The location is just perfect if you're needing to be close to the airport. Short drive or bus ride to the nearest tube and so many easy options to get to Heathrow. Bus stop was easy to find and super close. The room was so very cute, extremely clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was really spacious and immaculate. The pictures are exactly what you get! We had to leave quite early in the morning, so we did a self checkout, but I'm sure she would have been just as gracious in the morning :) We had tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well a fridge for a pick-me-up before the flight - super convenient! It's a shame we had such a short stay!

Nice clean room let down by couldn't care less check in staff. Poor information in room resulting in my having no wi-fi and no phone signal Booking.com advertised price included breakfast when in fact it didn't. When I went to sort it out with reception I was led to believe that they would give me a courtesy breakfast as they did'nt want me to be disapointed but when I got home it turned out they had charged it to my debit card! All in all I would expect better from Holiday Inn

Shepperton is a nice little village with plenty of places to...

Shepperton is a nice little village with plenty of places to eat, their is a train station but be wary of the train to London being slow, around 50 minutes and you might be best taking a 15 minute bus ride to Walton On Thames station and getting more frequent and quicker trains there

I would not book this accommodation it is a waste of time.

I would not book this accommodation it is a waste of time. We arrived at 6.30 and was met by the owners daughter, so she said. She informed us that rooms had not been cleaned and the beds were not ready. She asked us to come bad in 30 minutes. We arrived back 4o minutes later to be told that she had make up the double bed, but could not find the duvet, as she did not stay there. I informed her that we had booked a twin room as I was travelling with my 24 year old daughter who would not sleep in the same bed as myself. The daughter told us that her father was indisposed and could not come to see me. She advised me that it would be best if I sought other accommodation. When I asked if I could get my money back, she said she only had a fiver and I should claim my money back. I eventually got other accommodation in a hotel which was more expensive. Avoid this accommodation at all costs

As the Warren was only doing pizza for the evening meal we took a short walk up to High Street and had a very nice Indian in the School of Spice. Then walked over to the Manor pub which has very recently had a make over great pub 'real pub' with friendly bar maid.

Closeness to visiting attraction. Restaurant staff need further training, kept referring to my wife and I as guys! The hotel needs refurbishing, trays of plates and empty glasses were left in the corridor until the following morning.

We have stayed at this Hotel on several occasions, when visiting family local to the Hotel. Having travelled up from Cornwall, we often arrive late and tired. Mr Waleed, on reception, has always greeted us extremely well and been efficient in sorting out the paperwork, for our booking, so we can get to bed quickly. He always remembers us and thanks us for being IHG members and supporting the hotel. He makes the visit for us. At breakfast Julie has been very welcoming and efficient.

Lovely old house with appropriate furnishing. Large bedroom with ensuite and tea/coffee making facilities. Friendly owners and excellent breakfast served on a communal table. Quiet location but still convenient, opposite Shepperton Studios.

Very nice periodic hotel in a great location. Super friendly staff. The rooms and decor was a bit outdated. Needs to be a little more modern. Old furniture which was weathered and old in room. Breakfast was amazing. 😁
