We arrived after a very long journey too early for our room. Sienna on reception was exceptional and helped find us a room earlier so we could rest. She was so helpful and friendly. She also helped us sort out parking which is tricky in Harlow at the moment because of the extensions going on with the building.

This is my preferred hotel at Stansted Airport. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Friendly, super comfortable, all the details are just what you need. It's my second time in Hunters meet, is very confortable, clean, and pleasant to stay there, if your airport is Stansted. The rooms are very comfortable, and cleans, and the food is really good. I never used the spa center , but, never say never, i hope to come back once again, and have a longer trip in UK. Thank you.

I use to live in the area so know it well, nice area,the Manor of groves from the outside looks ok,definitely needs updating, and the staff need replacing, as their negative faces reflect badly on the hotel, if I hadn't already paid via booking. Com I'd have gone elsewhere

The reception staff (Cathy) was unhelpful and bordering on rude. The barman told my adult son that my husband and I were "stupid" as we didn't know the currency and had to ask if we had given the correct coins. There was no early check-in available and no secure place to put your luggage while you waited for your room. When we walked to our room we passed a lot of dirty dishes left on the stairs. The room was tired with chipped paint on the walls and cupboards. Breakfast was okay but don't expect all the hot food options available at one time. The water pressure was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. The cab company recommended by the hotel was fantastic.

Sawbridgeworth is lovely, as I have lived there previously.

Sawbridgeworth is lovely, as I have lived there previously. Went to Bishops Stortford, dont go there! The Rising Sun is fantastic|!!!!! The Indian Resturant across the road is over priced and the service is extremly slow, stay away.

We love the location, Food and the relaxing facilities { ie: Pool,Sauna, Jacuzzi} that the Hotel offers. However, we were given a Room in the Basement which had no Phone or WiFi reception, and a Fridge would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

the rooms are untidy and dirty the beds in the new building are very uncomfortable and then in the old building the rooms are dirty and in disrepair. the staff are absolutely lovely cannot fault them, happy and friendly. I would not come back here sadly as the premisses where lacking and dirty

The hotel itself is nothing special, it’s a step up from a premier inn but is clean and comfortable. The carpets in the room were lovely, bed large and comfortable, tv worked and was a smart tv so could use Netflix etc and was generally very nice. Bathroom was basic but fine. The spa and gym were excellent - well equipped gym, large pool, jacuzzi and steam room and small but good saunas in the m/f changing rooms. Again all very clean.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. I work all over the country and stay in many hotels and apartments but this is one of the best. Very clean and very comfortable you need for nothing. From kitchen roll to cotton buds to a well stocked spice rack. No issues with parking and the restaurant next door is excellent with very friendly staff. I would 100% stay here again but I would imagine it’s rarely available.

Exactly as described- a cosy cottage - surrounded by farm buildings and lovely garden. The owner had provided a welcome pack of milk, bread, cheese, butter, fruit, wine, etc. which was fantastic. There are some country walks from the cottage or into Sawbridgeworth. A perfect place to stay while visiting family in Bishop's Stortford. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel grounds when we arrived were super pretty, and prestine, which I beleive is a golf course. Check in was quick and easy. The pool was nice, not overly clean, but a nice thing to be able to use
