It was warm everywhere, beautiful crisp cotton on the beds, plenty of hot water, a bath AND a shower, great bathroom products, great use of an outdoor pool (I’m a sea swimmer and the sea was too rough), great hot tub and spa facilities and a quiet peaceful room.

We spent a week at Three Tuns and we liked everything. The room, as well as all the common parts of the hotel, are very clean. The hotel has a soul, which the owners 'accompany' and cultivate. The room was perfect: comfortable, bright and full of little touches (great products in the bathroom, bottles of still and sparkling water on the table, tea, coffee, biscuits). The breakfast is delicious, with a wide choice of options, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We also dined several times at the hotel and again found everything delicious. Finally, the location. We liked St Keverne immensely, it is a village where there is a sense of community. One could spend hours simply watching the comings and goings of people on the square overlooked by the hotel, which is also the centre of the village (but which remains very quiet!). There are also beautiful walks to do from the village itself. And then there is Coverack, Porthallow, the coastal path... the Lizard Peninsula is a place to discover without stress, simply by letting yourself go. And between walks, drop by Roskillys, which is just a stone's throw away. Ah, I forgot. The hotel is truly pet friendly. Everything is done to make everyone feel good, bipeds and quadrupeds. What can I say? We very much hope to return one day. And may that day be soon! Thank you Naomi and all of you for making three tuns a place where one simply feels *good*. I stayed with Kelly and Matt for 4 nights and they made me feel like home. We had wonderful conversations and were always laughing. Thanks again for that! The room was clean and nice. They are just upgrading the rooms as they took the place over last November. I loved that they posted the pictures of all the rooms online, so you know exactly what you are getting. The relaxed pub athmosphere was super nice and the breakfast wonderful. I always got a cooked meal that I was able to choose from a menu and there were juices, cereals, joghurts and more. And both of the hosts were super helpful with giving tips and infos. I really hope to be back! After staying at another hotel for the first few nights, that didn't feel like England, it was wonderful to switch and enjoy the Cornish athmosphere and hospitality. Again, thank you very much!

Beautiful spot right on the water and in the center of the village. I cannot say enough about this property. The host was warm and friendly, the make your own breakfast options were delicious, and the space is so charming and beautiful. I feel like I stepped back in time, but with modern bathrooms. This was by far one of the best SWCP walking options I’ve ever come across, and I’m over 200 miles in!
