Our room in a nice house was very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything you needed - the owners paid a lot of attention to the details that make a travel experience really relaxing. There is also clean kitchen that guests can use (including a fridge). The owners are very nice and helpful. Unfortunetely, for us it was only a 1-night-stay on our way to the ferry port the next morning. Wish we stayed longer!

The apartment was spacious, clean, warm, beautifully decorated and had everything we required. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We arrived before checkin time and this wasn't a problem, Steve let us in early which was appreciated. Coffee, tea, milk, juice and wine were provided. There was parking outside in the street and the convenient location meant we were able to walk down to the town.

This property is on a Parkdean Holiday Park, so I was sceptical of the facilities, but this was unfounded. The staff were attentive to a tee and interested in our plans. Site is small, but clean and tidy.

The staff were great.

The staff were great. Restaurant was above average and good pricing. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, well decorated. Bathroom big and tidy. In London you pay twice the price for half the space and quality. This place was ideal, and just four miles from Dover docks.

The area is nice for nature and hiking lovers. although you must be careful, since almost like everywhere else in the UK if you must share the roads with cars, the roads are very narrow with no dedicated walk paths.

The position for me to get to the ferry port.

The position for me to get to the ferry port. As I was only staying for one night I only manage to walk to the local village which had restaurants if you wanted one.I had a meal on the ferry because time was short.

great location for a weekend break away from kids/job/routine and time to take stock of life. We;d hoped to enjoy visiting the local beach and do some coastal walks ........ but the persistent horizontal rain put paid to that so fortunately we'd brought some sporty gear so could make good use of the gym. The property charges £10 for being shown the equipment in the gym ( compulsory ) which i did think a little cheeky but if it prevents time-wasting and meaning the gym is only being frequented by people actually wanting to use it then maybe its a good thing

Booked a room at the hotel , went to check in to find out we were double booked and no room at Hotel. was put in a caravan, a dirty caravan with so many spiders on the ceiling. Staff weren't helpful or apologetic at all. Facilities weren't nice restaurant had stains all over carpet. Not a good place to keep kids entertained. Really needs some money put into site.

Staff nice food ok place is overall quiet and clean hotel ok but very noisy children shouting but not really their fault as echoed along corridors. A lot of banging of door's park is very good as a lot of property is privately owned. Not a very good shop and don't sell papers at all also no arcade for children there is a small softplay and some sort of club for little ones swimming pool and gym but needs booking before you go the website says

Used as a quick stopover before getting an early ferry to France. Great location if that’s what you are doing, less than 10 minutes to the terminal. Hotel is on a holiday park so has the usual showers etc that come with that. Great location for walking along the cliff footpaths. Found a lovely pub nearby which did great food, The Smugglers. Rooms are clean and for the price have everything you need for a short stay.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Good to know that the hotel is part of a holiday park. Pack your swimming trunks! Apparantly there is a bit of a problem with receiving information from Booking.com, so if you don't receive a welcome message maybe check the booking is in. Hotel was fine for the price.
