What an absolutely beautiful place. Just a little out of town but not by much. Facilities, the whole place. Used the spa. Had a treatment. Wonderful. The place was exceptionally clean. Well maintained. Staff were polite and attentive. Would i go there again? I certainly would and I'd recommend to anyone else too.

Staff on reception were very friendly, as returning guests after not staying at the hotel for several years we were given a bottle of sparkling wine, which was unexpected and a lovely touch.

Easy access for all of Jersey from the 10 minute bus station. Beach and cafe within 5 minutes walk. Elizabeth Castle and the Marina view from our room and to the left was the stunning beach. Very interesting and necessary history all round to learn about the hardships of the Island over the years and how they have prospered since. Loads of lovely restaurants for a variety of choice. Get a 1, 2 or 3 day bus pass and just hop on and off when a place takes your fancy!

It was so clean and there were plenty of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. We were lucky to be there for Liberation Day which was amazing. You don't actually need a car as everything in the town is in easy walking distance and the buses take you all around the Island from the centre of town. Everyone we came across was friendly and the atmosphere in town was warm and welcoming. The only down side is that they still operate Sunday closing where almost all the shops are closed. The place was deserted. We made the mistake of eating at Bohemia which is a Michelin starred restaurant. Not only super expensive but utterly pretentious and the staff were particularly rude. St Helier isn't a cheap place but we had a lovely meal at Aromas and The Oyster Box in St Brelades Bay. The Island is small so all the places are easily accessible by taxi or for those fit enough by bicycle. There was plenty to occupy children too.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised.
The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it.
St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town.
Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out!
The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays.
We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches.
Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

A wonderful, older property on Jersey. I stayed in one of the single bed rooms with a dormer style window, with a small view of the ocean through one of the side windows. It was the top room, far left. The online pictures matched the room. The room was small, being in the eve of the roof, but comfortable. Some of the electrical outlets even had USB charging ports. The bathroom was very roomy, being toward the center of the high pitched roof, and modern. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
The hotel is right on the beach like seconds away and not far from the main centre; with bust stops minute away. The room is your typical basic but very comfortable with ensuite. It was clean, towels, soaps, tea, coffee, kettle and biscuit provided. Break was better than expected. There is a menu, you choose and it gets cooked fresh for you. Staff were very friendly and helpful of what to do on the island. I would 100% recommend and stay there again.
We booked a large suite with harbour and sea views looking out towards St Aubins bay which was as good as we hoped it would be, the lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant which could also have been said of all staff members during our stay. The hotel is handily placed for transport links and the town centre restaurants and bars as well as the harbours.
This was my 4th stay at this hotel, and it's always a pleasure to visit. Staff are friendly the restaurant is excellent and the buffet breakfast is of a high standard. Unfortunately the Savoy is closing down so this will probably be my last visit. I hope all the staff find new jobs. So sad as the hotel is excellent and exactly what Jersey needs.
The hotel stands in its own grounds and has a good size pool and area for lounging on a warm sunny day. The room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble, they project a happy, efficient team whilst retaining a high degree of professionalism.
This hotel is also a Greek Taverna, which does lovely food. With Greek music playing at breakfast, my husband and I felt like we were in Greece and Jersey at the same time. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. We liked it so much that we've booked to stay there for our Godson's wedding.
10 mins walk to town centre and across the road from the Lido. Also hotel parking Rooms were clean and although a shortage of staff ( due to Covid etc) they were very helpful. Once restrictions are lifted in the next few weeks I’m sure everything will be back to normal. Recommended.
Amazing buffet breakfast - spoilt for choice.
Felt very Covid safe. Staff very welcoming and attentive.
Added bonus to be able to use the pool.
Very comfortable bed.
Free hotel bus shuttle to town centre.
Room was on 5th floor with great views of St Helier
The breakfast was great good selection and the bacon especially very tasty.the hotel had a pool that looked good but it was to wet and cold for our stay so maybe sometime again.it was 5 or so minutes from town. Enjoyed my stay and will come again..
Staff are amazing so friendly and kind they make the hotel so wonderful. Gardens and pool are fabulous so peaceful and beautiful. People return year after year . Big thankyou to Annette on reception so lovely and a great singer.
The staff are amazing lovely people. Rooms very clean and the best location. The cafe downstairs is really nice and the cocktail bar is like something in London it’s unreal 😍😍best place in jersey by far ❤️😘
The hotel was not so far from the town centre. The staff were amazing and always happy to help. The hotel seemed to be very clean. Nothing was missing from the room, it had iron, hairdryer, even slippers!
Good selection of food for breakfast, great staff, easy to walk into the town centre. Décor is fine its what adds charm to the Hotel. Room cleaned each day and towels changed. In all would stay again.
Hotel was beautiful, warm welcome, staff friendly and helpful, decorated to a high standard, food was excellent, good location with a good bus service to town centre. Will definitely visit again.
