It was such a lovely experience. The property was clean and cosy. There were plenty of towels, pillows and fire wood. We was left complimentary hot chocolates , biscuits and marshmallows which was a really nice touch for the kids.

Debbie was a great host, really welcoming. Large bedroom and bathroom, with everything you need. Even a settee, so felt very homely. The breakfast was exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay there again if in the area 😀

We received a warm welcome on arrival, and everything was easy and relaxed. Our room was beautiful and clean. It was huge and great value for money. Gorgeous quirky old pub, but well renovated and clean. Staff were super friendly. We ate an evening meal in the restaurant, and the food and service was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a spare bed in our room, and the staff kindly accommodated my father at late notice, which saved us a difficult situation.
