Great hotel with amazing staff, especially Richard and his wife who made us our lovely breakfast’s and were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay, as was the owner. We stayed for two nights and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant serves lovely food and the quiz night when we stayed was very good. Although we didn’t do so well with the answers… it was all in great spirit and helped raised some money for a local charity. Not far from the hotel, a short walk over the railway crossing bridge is the main town which offers a few other pubs, takeaways, and other amenities so there is other things to do and see. The best thing about this place, however, was the staff, who were some of the nicest and friendliest staff we’ve encountered on our many stays in and around England, Scotland and Wales while working away. There isn’t a thing we didn’t like about our two day stay, the prices were reasonable and very very good considering the whole package, the rooms were nice and clean, quiet, comfortable and with in room amenities. I must compliment Richard and his wife for their hospitality, for allowing us to join the quiz and for their lovely breakfasts, the owner too for his lovely chats and for making us feel like we weren’t just guests, but locals. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully in the next few weeks as we will be working close by here soon.

The house has been furnished to an excellent standard, and is very comfortable. The area is quiet and parking on the street outside. The area was very quiet with little passing traffic. We booked the house at very short notice( on the day) having been let down by other accommodation Karen couldn't have been more helpful ( and sympathetic) We are very grateful to her and Cerys for their kindness
