Amazing hotel with large beds. The pillows were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Would've liked to test the bar, but was too tired - and the bed was too good - to go down in the evening. Will make use of this hotel again!

The location was very good no road noise Breakfast was top notch with all options catered for Rooms were faultless comfortable beds ,warm rooms and great bathrooms ( we stayed in the courtyard accommodation) Ample parking close to rooms A bar at the entrance of the hotel was an ideal meeting place Our function was held in the great barn with its own bar and a side room for the buffet Although the hotel has a spa and pool we didn't use it as there was a lot of catching up with friends to do as we had travelled from all over the country Cornwall Wales and Northumberland

Had a lovely stay, always a concern when arriving at a hotel where you haven't stayed previously, but I was pleasantly surprised especially when I arrived to see the adjacent bar door boarded over, but my fears were soon laid to rest, the chap on reception was polite and friendly and soon had me checked in I stayed in room 213 and it was very nice and warm and clean with a nice view of a playing field so nice and green, I was there two nights and had a wonderful stay, I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a nice reasonably priced hotel with free parking and internet
