Staff at the reception and at the restaurant were polite and helpful. When they did not have one of the menu item my wife ordered, they made it up with a free ice cream which was a nice gesture. Room was of decent size and beds comfy. My kids loved the breakfast spread. Food quality was excellent in our view.

We stayed in the Bouquet Apartment located on the ground floor. Beautiful room couldn’t fault anything about it. Nice touches bottles of water and milk in fridge. Nice selection of hot drink sachets and biscuits. Sweets in jar. Complimentary toiletries. Had everything we needed and exceeded my expectations. Not far to walk from the high street.

It's the only place I stay at when in Preston. Thank you to your lovely staff who helped us with our suitcases to the top floor with a smile. She insisted in helping, which was very appreciated. Customer service and staff are at your fingertips if you need anything. They are incredible! No. 10 Preston has top notch accommodations, and superb customer service. It's my home away from way, Highly recommended.
