If you want a peaceful and a quiet place in the countryside away from the city life, this is the place to be. A beautiful Inn with amazing food with a lovely countryside view, nothing beats that. Special shout out to the incredibly lovely staff there who made me feel right at home. Also Kudos to The Chef for making the best avocado and sourdough toast I've ever had!

The Novotel Bristol centre is a lovely hotel just a short walk from the Temple Meads train station The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and a small sofa. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold dishes. They were kind enough to give us an extended check out. Highly recommended

A lovely clean and comfy room that was spacious and even had a window seat. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were easy to access. Diverse breakfast buffet and I appreciated the generous 12 o'clock check out despite not needing to use it this time.

Lovely accommodation, very pretty frontage.

Lovely accommodation, very pretty frontage. Lots of parking space and access. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We needed to leave early on last day before breakfast time. They opened early for us, still offering full service. It was beautifully presented and very very clean.

The pub was delightful , retained all its original features as well as the added on bits were integrated very well. The bar / restaurant areas were very clean and tidy , rooms were really nice , clean comfortable , The staff were all very pleasant and very helpful .The food was very good and was the best around the area of Pensford and Stanton Wick. Most certainly a place to visit again.

A little gem half an hour to the south of Bristol. Hotel parking to the left of the pub (patrons on the right). Friendly welcome by the bar staff, rooms are nicely furnished in calm neutral colours, and dinner in the evening was great. Really nice attentive staff, and nicely casual, no rush, but very efficient. Breakfast was superb - best poached eggs I've had for a while.

Absolutely faultless.staff were excellent the room was perfect Ambiance was great in the bar. Food was really good especially breakfast,best I've had in a b&b. Usually staying in a hotel or b&b something is not quite right but not at the carpenters Arms. 100% satisfied.

Location was really good, we had a nice walk during afternoon through the wonderful cleaned road and greeneries. Dinner was lovely although we didn't take breakfast. Price is very high. But the hotel is very much clean.
