Staff are amazing, and two in particular. James was like a blue streak in the hotel, running around for 5 guests at once and making it look a breeze.. A stand out customer service type who made the whole stay amazing. No detail was too small for him - he made us feel like we were staying at the Savoy. James, if you are reading this, I expect you to have your own hotel one day. Usayd was a champion of the dining room, and in the morning for breakfast, bewteen James and Usayd - there was nothing but 5 star service and class on display. And the place was CLEAN and I mean CLEAN. Usayd was there on top of the whole experience in the dining room. Overall, GREAT STAY. Hotel is one of the cleanest we ever stayed in. This is a compliment, but I cannot believe this was a Holiday Inn.

Absolutely fantastic staff 😊 felt relaxed as soon as we stepped into the hotel Faith the receptionist was so helpful and professional , the food was fantastic and freshly prepared and cooked to perfection Gemma, Karen and all the staff were amazing and so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them I would really recommend the Village Hotel to anyone either with children or not as they are fantastic at looking after families or couples or people on business trips. We will now be using the Village Hotel when ever we visit family again in the midlands 😊
