Everything about this hotel was excellent. We needed to change rooms for personnel reasons, this was done without any fuss with little delay( no fault of the hotel). Highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely traditional hotel, we had an excellent junior suite overlooking internal atrium, super breakfast. On site restaurants are independent but good, the Sir Norman has limited menu but good food. Close enough to other good eateries though.
Underground car parking arrangements are first come first served really so a little problematic and website needs updating for what really is available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didn’t try the pool and gym, maybe next time! Lots of lifts so very accessible.
