Beautiful room with everything you could wish for. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, really good quality coffee and tea facilities. Great to have Prime and Netflix on the tv. We really enjoyed our night of luxury !

This property is something else, so beautiful. Our room was a generous size and our bathroom was huge and modern. The grounds of this property are so lovely to walk around, including a historic church next door. The staff were super lovely and kind to us. Such a pleasure to stay here and we can highly recommend this property. Great value for money.

The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Saif was lovely and extremely helpful, with fantastic communication throughout. The property itself was perfect. We walked in on a cold & rainy evening to a warm, cosy house. All of our party said the beds were comfortable & had 2 great nights sleep. The house had everything we needed, it had probably the best stocked kitchen utensil-wise I’ve been in (& we’ve stayed in a lot of properties!) The extra touches of complimentary snacks & beers were a lovely & much appreciated touch. There’s certainly been a lot of thought put into the property & you can tell, which makes all the difference to your stay. Next time we’re in Nottingham this house is the first place we’ll be looking at to stay in 100%

What a superb place to stay to get a super relaxing nights sleep.. a very quiet location, with private entrance and private off road parking.. I needed a place to sleep well, before racing at the Outlaw Triathlon, and this property ticked all the boxes.. it is literally a 5 min drive to the Holme Pierrepoint Water Sports Centre.. It had absolutely everything you could need inside and was impecabbly clean.. with plenty cushions, pillows, throw overs on the bed, for an excellent nights sleep. . there was even coffee/tea/milk breakfast snacks, fruit and little surprises left for me on arrival.. which is always a nice touch.. The owners were super accommodating with me, allowing for a later check out, to save me rushing back from racing - which really was appreciated. This place really is very well equipped, beautifully furnished, and superbly thought out. I would highly recommend this little gem.. and I will most certainly be returning next year for the whole weekend this time.. Thank you so much once again :)

The house is really cosy and we immediately felt at home. We were in Nottingham to visit family for Christmas and really appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations to make it feel festive. The kitchen is really well equipped for both cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery. We also appreciated having a dining room and decent-sized dining table to eat at. There’s a large table and barbecue for outdoor cooking/eating in warmer weather. The garden and upstairs balcony would be ideal in the summer. It’s well-situated with some good pubs nearby for drinks/food and the river and park on the doorstep for walks. It’s close enough to walk into town (about 25 minutes to the city centre) but the tramway is close by if preferred. Phil and Louise were very helpful with their instructions and recommendations. We hope to stay again next time we visit.
