This quiant establishment exceeded our expectations. What a gem. Friendly reception, attention to detail, and everything you need. Even a little Rowntrees fruit pastille hidden away in a little nook and cranny, for a lucky person to find. Buttons the dog, just a delight. Thank you, team. It was a wonderful stay.

I stayed there as we had an event next door in the pub so great location for us. Nothing was too much trouble, Lynne was amazing! breakfast was excellent as was the 2 staff on in the morning. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent location in Moira, easy to get everywhere by car.

I stayed there as we had an event just down the road so great location for us. Easy to find. Excellent location in Moira, easy to get everywhere by car. Nothing was too much trouble, Helen was amazing! The unit was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I would definately stay there again!

We had the pleasure of experiencing two different rooms, both impeccably clean and practical, ensuring a comfortable stay. John's availability is noteworthy but not overbearing, always ready to assist while respecting guest's space and privacy. As a cow farmer, staying with John also means supporting a local agricultural enterprise, which adds a meaningful dimension to your visit. By choosing to stay here, future guests will not only enjoy a wonderful sojourn but also contribute to the local farming community. This is my way of helping John attract the recognition his lovely accommodation and commendable dedication deserve.

A large, well kept house in the peaceful countryside. Squeaky clean and very comfortable. Not too cold, not too warm. Ample parking space. Jim is friendly and helpful and just a wonderful host. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect stop after Belfast for our road trip along the coastline. Noreen and Jean-Paul knew all fantastic spots and gave us many insights! Jean-Paul as actor in GoT of course knows all sites where GoT have been filmed 🤩 We made our tour according to their recommendations and it was stunning and brilliant what we saw 🥰 Breakfast cannot be better. Noreen prepared the best Irish Breakfast for us we ever had. There are also cereals, fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, bread etc... so a lot more you can eat 🙃 But the best were Noreen and JP itself: So kind, nice, openhearted and funny! THANK YOU!! 🙏 All in all: 11 of 10 points - Thanks a million Noreen and JP!

We were delighted with our visit to Valley Stream Guest House. We stayed in the annex where we enjoyed our own little apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with croissants, fruit and cereal for breakfast. Great value ! Laura was a lovely friendly host

Location close to motorway, easy to find, close to the town of Moira that has plenty of food options. Peaceful street but you can hear the Motorway.
