Everything. Kes and her staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The units were spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and happy. We stayed at 7 venues during the month we spent in the UK. The Horse and Groom was by far the best. Indeed, we were so comfy that we just stayed on in the Cotswolds for the remainder of our vacation instead of travelling on to Ireland and Wales as planned. We will be back. .

The first perfect stay I've had at any hotel in a long time. Really friendly helpful staff. Food was fab. Comfortable and clean room, lush bathroom. The only thing missing was an ironing board even though there was an iron. This will be my new go to when in the area. Thanks for a great stay 😁

Great place for stay, very hospitable, with everyday room service and optional meals at the place. Our every need was fulfilled, even an iron was provided to deal with our wrinkled clothes. Exceptional quality for that price, and to top all that a friendly dog to welcome the guests

For anyone who wants an genuine old fashioned hotel experience. Beautiful old building with vintage fixtures and fittings. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Good food at good prices and all home made. Very warm welcome from the owner. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the region.
