Lovely room above the pub with a nice range of breakfast bits available included in the price. Staff lovely and very helpful. Met the landlord who was very friendly, chatting about all the upcoming refurbishment plans! Cannot wait to come back, the Bere Regis and Wareham area has a special place in my heart!

Hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. The room ensuite was very spacious and squeaky clean, with all the amenities you would expect. Two local pubs within walking distance, we choose The Drax Arms, under new ownership, good pub food and good atmosphere. The cooked breakfast was very tasty and of course we could not resist buying 'very local' honey and marmalade. All highly recommended!

The Cottage is lovely, located in a beautiful corner of the English countryside. The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the garden. The welcome was warm and kind. We appreciated the delicious brownies we found in the room and that you could request fresh milk in the morning directly to your room. The only regret? That we couldn't stay for dinner at the restaurant, but from what we saw everything looked great.

We enjoyed very much our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal or just relax. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and the abundance of nature. We would definitely visit again when in the area, strongly recommend.

This location is perfect to see the highlights of Dorset coast, and country, we walked circulair walks in Abbotsbury,had diner at the local pub, The Royal Oak, very friendly and good food for reasonable price. A visit at Kingston Lacy(Nat.Trust) etc..

met on the driveway as we arrived. Curtains had been closed in our room on a very hot day. Much appreciated Beautifully decorated room and bathroom. Great shower. Breakfast cooked to a time to suit us. Fresh strawberries and blueberries on offer too. Make your own toast. Milk left in main fridge to use, and a lovely garden to enjoy. Table booked for us at local pub. Quaint area, modern facilities
