The Glendower Hotel was an absolute experience! The room facilities were ideal and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room itself had a wonderful, cozy retro vibe. The pub downstairs was basically the meeting place for the whole village. The host did his job with passion and with an incredible warmth. Despite significant language barriers, we quickly got into conversation with people. It was a lot of fun with you guys, thank you! - the german backpackers :)

The welcome was fabulous, thank you Nicola, as was the ambiance the food and the room. We had walked put of the The County Hotel because it was not as represented so we were not in a good mood however simply walking into The Wolfe Inn was an instant relief and the owners have to thank Nicola and the work they’ve put into the overall feeling of the place…it is superb

Warm welcoming host who cooked us a delicious meal on our first night and amazing breakfasts cooked with wonderful local produce. Rooms were cosy, spotlessly clean and decorated in a warm and inviting Welsh style, loved the beautiful vintage wool blankets on the beds! Mrs Jones is a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay at the farm. The house was lovely, really well maintained and clean. It was like a blast from the past. Beds were super comfortable and we slept like a dream. The breakfast was wonderful, we had a lovely Welsh breakfast alongside some toast and other breakfast accompaniments. We were quite lucky to catch some of the northern lights at the farm, it was perfectly dark to enjoy the night sky. Will totally recommend it to friends and family, and stay again if we are ever in Wales.
