What a perfect little getaway! We didn't arrive until late and Robin met us with a torch. Which was much appreciated! I have to say that usually when you look at the pictures of places they are always smaller in real life. That isnt so with this place. Quite the opposite! The beams, the furniture, the pictures and books are all beautifully thought out and interesting. Everything has been thought of, it is pure comfort. We were going to have a day out on the Saturday but just stayed in until the evening. I love birds, so just sat on the very comfy sofa enjoying watching them on the feeders. Especially on the frosty sunday morning. Very relaxing. The local pub is a very short walk away. Very friendly locals including the dogs! Will definitely be back. We didnt want to leave. A lot of love has gone into the whole place and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for sharing your little corner of heaven with us! And also was delightful seeing spring pushing through the ground x

A lovely traditional Bed&Breakfast, only a 15 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We were due to arrive just after the kitchen closes and they offered to prepare and keep some salad and sandwiches in the fridge for the time of our arrival, we really appreciated it! The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was perfect.

It was perfect. We loved the hotel. It felt warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The staff were excellent.. We loved our room. It was so beautiful, and the artwork was stunning all around the hotel. The bed was comfy, and the shower was really good. The hotel feels like it is loved, and that makes it feel like a happy place to be. The meal in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, as was the desert. The chef is brilliant.
