I can’t state enough how helpful and accommodating the staff were towards myself my wife and our dog. From the moment we arrived we were made at home. I hadn’t been here for about 25 years and it hasn’t changed a bit and that’s just what I hoped. We will def be back and a great spot for a stopover en route the Jurassic coast.

What a gorgeous Inn! Loved this place...we stayed for 1 night, a family of 3. Inn & restaurant were connected to a convenient outdoor car park. We had a spacious room for 3 with an extra sofa bed, comfortable beds and pillows and all amenities provided for. Buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious.The coffee, tea and biscuits in the room were very much appreciated. We enjoyed the mid-week carvery station for dinner and the deserts were great. Staff were very friendly.

The location was perfect and conveniently located next to The Red Lion serving excellent food and cask ales. The breakfast provided was super - plenty for us, nice variety of continental eats with fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, croissants and cheese and ham. My husband is six feet and broad shouldered so he had a tricky time in the shower but made it work (like he always has to!). Water pitcher, biscuits (thank you!), coffee and tea provided in room. Super clean and comfortable for a short stay. Finally, Vince and Irene were wonderful hosts!

Lulworth Cove was beautiful. We walked the coastal path to Durdle door which was breathtaking. Lulworth Cove has everything, from wonderful places to eat( ice cream from Jake's to dinner at Lulworth Lodge, where we had the perfect stay) to spectacular views. Fantastic place to visit xx

First time visiting the cove and we were not disappointed.

First time visiting the cove and we were not disappointed. Plenty of parking and some nice shops in the area, did get quite busy during the day but as we were staying in the Lulworth lodge we could head down to the beach later in the evening.

A lovely location but crowded.

A lovely location but crowded. Parking can get difficult so you need to arrive early. Very friendly people and good atmosphere. Lovely walks, good eating places but they get very busy. Water sports available.

Lulwort Cove beach is pebbled with beautifully clean water.

Lulwort Cove beach is pebbled with beautifully clean water. There are sauna facilities and a range of water sports available, allowing you to independently explore the stunning coastline or enjoy a boat trip to Durdle Door. Both the beach and the village are kept exceptionally clean thanks to the efforts of local volunteers, who work hard to preserve the area's natural beauty for all to enjoy.

If you love walking over hills this is ideal, if you just want to lounge on a sandy beach, find somewhere else. There is one road in and one road out, a very small resort with not much else to see or do, but it is lovely. for a day or two stay

Lulworth Cove is of course a famous beauty spot to visit.

Lulworth Cove is of course a famous beauty spot to visit. It does not disappoint. Access is by foot down a shortish downhill roadway to the beach with access by car not permitted in the high tourist season. There is a large fee paying car park at the top, with restaurants and gift shops.

Idyllic location, short walk down to the Cove and unbelievable views. Dorset is a beautiful County. The Inn was perfect. Good pub fare and excellent beer choices. Breakfast to meet every taste.I would caution for those with mobility problems. Parking facilities in abundance but in all other respects neither the Cove or the Inn are to be recommended for the disabled.

Both my husband and I had a lovely stay, breakfast was exceptional, the landlady couldn’t do enough for us ensuring we had had enough to eat. Very friendly and helpful. Slept very well and was very clean. A short walking distance to Lulworth cove and the castle inn just across the road if you’re looking for something to eat in the evening.

This hotel is a little gem, tucked high up and away from the road, in a peaceful and very pleasant location with great views across the Dorset countryside. The food was excellent (both breakfast and our evening dinner) and the staff friendly and attentive.
