The staff is cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is well situated, within walking distance to all the sights such as the Swan Theatre, Holy Trinity Church and Shakespeare’s birthplace as well as shopping and restaurants. It has historical charm with all the modern conveniences. We’ve stayed here twice and would definitely stay here again.

I simply love this place. Perfect location, super nice staff, elegant rooms, the loveliest little courtyard and - believe it or not - the complimentary breakfast includes the very best croissants I've ever had (and I've had quite a few also in Paris and Co.). I would absolutely recommend staying there and I will definitely come back.

The check-in process was quick and the reception staff was professional. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had an amazing selection. We want to specially thank the Food and Beverage Manager who helped us during our stay.Definitely the best hotel in Stratford.
