Booked @ the last minute as I wasn't able to drive the 300 miles back home to Kent. Excellent price, excellent and super friendly host. Met all the house guests @ the farm. Host offered me an evening meal, a bath, and a lovely breakfast with home made preserves. I rate this stay 10 +. Beautiful farmstead, beautiful rooms, exceptional super friendly host. The property was very stylish and comfortable. The location was very beautiful and extremely quiet. We had wonderful weather on our trip so we could see rolling hills for 360 degrees. No traffic noise or noise of industrialisation at all. Only skylarks and other beautiful birds. The Hut is close to the horses and the Alpacas.

Brilliant enclosed garden with absolutely no chance of your dogs escaping! Brilliant views, peaceful stay with a welcome hamper and milk to have a well-earned brew upon arrival! The hot tub was lovely and warm, and It was checked daily and fresh water upon arrival. Comfortable rooms and beds and perfectly located for fantastic walks with the dogs. Mike and Carol are animal lovers, and it was nice chatting with them. The broadband was really good despite being very rural, and the ability to use the apps on the tv to watch an evening movie was great as you can sign in to your netflix or Prime account

The friendly owner of the property, Mike, met us on arrival, and showed us around the annexe personally, answering any questions we had. It is a self-contained wing of a fabulous old country house, and is extremely peaceful, spacious and well - equipped.

It's a really beautiful place. Everything is so thoughtfully placed. Our kids also enjoyed the games that were provided, which we could play together. Sadly, we only had one night, so we didn't have that much time to enjoy everything, especially the beautiful nature of this place.

We loved the quiet location, still only 5mins drive to local amenities in Llandeilo. Good base for many scenic walks. The cottage is tiny but has everything you would ever need for your stay. The welcome pack was a very nice touch! We had our nervous dog with us who particularly enjoyed the enclosed garden area.
