Super friendly, family owned guest house set in the heart of beautifully picturesque and historic Talgarth. Rooms are clean and contemporary, equipped with all the usual amenities. Serviced daily by the staff to a high standard. (Veggie) breakfast was exceptional and worth a mention of it's own. Really enjoyed my stay here...I slept like a log...

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options ;) the staff was kind and helpful with everything. Dinner was amazing, we all loved our entrees and drinks. overall the experience was excellent and we would return as well as recommend to others.

What a pittoresque and lovely place! I should not give this raving review as I want to keep it a secret for myself. However for the lovely people of the 3 Cocks I hope their business flourishes as it is a fantastic place to stay at!!

Beautiful house and rooms. Even had a nice upstairs balcony that you could sit & relax. Both hosts (Steve & Fiona) were friendly & helpful from the word go. Helpful in suggesting places to go & eat. Breakfasts were fantastic. Host brews his own beer - ask to try it. Highly recommend this place.

All. We are not used to put a 10 but they deserve it. Welcoming was perfect, beautiful house and room also. Big car park and wonderful breakfast, with all homemade. Host also helped us to find where to eat in a good Welsh pub.

Absolutely beautiful room with a lovely view. Clean and tidy with everything you'd need for a visit. There's even a small kitchen area with sink, microwave and fridge which is good to note if you want to bring food and drink. Hosts were lovely and really accommodating, and it's only a 7-minute drive to the centre of Hay on Wye, which was really convenient. The included breakfast was delicious, a really nice, varied menu, and lots provided to fill you up for the day. It was all fresh and good quality too. Overall, a lovely short stay which I'd recommend.
