Everything! I liked it so much, I stayed an extra night. Location is fantastic. Two blocks from the beach and right in town. Parking worked fine. Breakfast was good.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was a good size, hotel was conveniently opposite the promenade, close to town, which is within easy walking distance, all in all great location. Tea/coffee/chocolate/biscuits facilities were well stocked, kettle and hairdryer great.

The lady at reception was fantastic. Friendly, happy and answered anything I asked. Our family room was large, with a double bed, single bed and double sofa bed. A small kitchen area with kettle, fridge and microwave was there also. I made use of the indoor swimming pool also. There was a £1 charge for the jacuzzi, which I didn't use. The pool was warm and not busy when I was there.

The hotel was located exactly around the royal pier! There is a beautiful italian restaurant and shop right next to the hotel. Our Housekeeper Ms. Joanna was extremely welcoming and took amazing care of us. She was extremely polite and welcoming. Thank you Joanna.

Very small village, no shop. But very quant.

Very small village, no shop. But very quant. People in village friendly. There is a Morrison's in Aberystwyth and small shops out and about when you are visiting other areas nearby. Pub, Black Lion just down the road by car, exceptional food would highly recommend a meal. Plenty of red kites flying around the property and the squirrel came to say hello 😊.

Be prepared for a narrow single track road to get to the...

Be prepared for a narrow single track road to get to the cottage, but this little lane was very quiet. The property was great, there are some stairs inside, so may not be recommended for people who cannot manage stairs, although it is easy to leave the upstairs by the door into the garden, walk downhill along the lane a little & re-enter via the front door.
