Wonderful friendly staff, all very helpful. My room and ensuite were very clean. Bed and bedding superb. The location was a lot further from both the city and the airport and trains than i had anticipated. This made for expensive taxis. There was however, very easy access to buses right outside and both sides of the road. Aside from having a very busy bar and restaurant in-house, the area has ample eateries both dine in and takeout, also convenience store and supermarkets all within close walking distance.. I was very happy with my stay thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at the bar prices, as we attended a wedding within the hotel, and couldn't believe what they were charging, I did expect to be paying alot more per drink. Would recommend the Best Western at any time to anyone.

Staff : went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. After travelling for over 24hrs and landing at 6am the team were able to have our room ready which we were eternally grateful for. We also had a cancelled flight the next morning and there was no problem to book the same room again. (we were lucky enough not to be travelling in peak times for this availability) Food : both breakfast and dinners were fabulous. SPA : I had both facial and massage and they were bliss
