I wanted to stay in Horsley so for me the location was perfect. I had a regular room rather than a deluxe so I was expecting a purpose built chain experience. The hotel itself was what I thought it would be but the setting is stunning! I was free to wander around and it was gorgeous! I discovered an outdoor gym and a dog and boot washing station which could be useful for those on a walking holiday with their furry friend. Inside, there was a bar which served food and a restaurant which has the same menu as the bar plus a 3 course buffet option. I opted for the buffet which was £22.50 and had a Chinese theme on the day I went. There was a meat, fish and vegan main course and there was a soup as a starter but in addition a fabulous salad bar. The chef was knowledgeable about allergies and gave me a separate main and guided me through the salad bar personally. There was also a gym and pool. The pool was a good size and well maintained. There was a little tuck shop for humans and dogs in the reception area. Within walking distance there is a small parade of local shops/coffee shop/restaurant and there is a lovely historic pub with beer garden opposite the entrance to the hotel grounds. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The things that made this hotel stand out most were the hotel grounds and the staff. Every single member of staff I spoke to was friendly, helpful and approachable. They were at a level fitting of a luxury hotel which combined with the setting and the pool made my stay seem very luxurious for the price point. I’ll be back!!

This is now officially my favorite pub and stay venue. We visited in a very cold period in November and the pub is warm and cozy with real fires, and the room is really nicely appointed, warm and cozy. The food and breakfast is great, the staff are friendly and efficient. Everything is very comfortable and lovely. I really recommend it.

We were totally impressed by how welcoming they were for our dog. The room had a doggy bed and water bowl. There were also dog treats and a dog toy to entertain her. The well behaved dogs were allowed off their lead.

Because of a plane arriving much later into Gatwick than planned , I arrived at the hotel after closing hours . I had already contacted them to say that there was this possibility but it was not a problem and they advised me that the key would be in the door of my booked room .much appreciated after a long journey.

Location of the Vineyard Hotel was perfect to enjoy tours at the Vineyard. Rooms were a good size and well looked after. We stayed for our honeymoon after getting married the day before, the staff were excellent in acknowledging this and went out of their way to ensure we had a special time there.

The swimming pool, was good, the room was small, no air...

The swimming pool, was good, the room was small, no air conditioning, was very hot, but they do supply fans, first night me and my wife was up all night after eating in the buffet restaurant, which still has not been resolved with management, also had trouble 1 day and had to wait until 6.30pm until our room was cleaned, after chasing them twice, and there was no apology, I would give this hotel a miss, also still waiting for booking.com to get back to us about our complaint.

This is misleading as a title, as I was not in Leatherhead, but East Horsley, which is in beautiful countryside, very close to the North Downs Way, and with the Horsley estate woods to walk in, the small number of shops and cafes and the proximity of the railway station are all good factors for me.

This hotel is for corporate conferences and all the amenities are geared to that, I stayed in the Horsely Towers part which is a quite a walk from the main building or in the rain you would need to drive up there. Reception and restaurant are all down with the main hotel, so if you want convenience of walking into a hotel and no hassle, thats not the case here. The Towers bedroom is lovely, but its a pain having to take your car in bad weather to the restaurant and back up to the room after. Beware the front entrance, it is frequently washed and wet on slippery tiles.

Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there.

Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there. I was in Horsley and walked as far as Polesden Lacey, also went twice to the Grange Park Opera (the purpose of my visit). Having lived in Leatherhead for two years in the late 1990s, i had no interest in going to that town and being on public transport during a weekend limited how far I could travel anyway. There are many National trust properties nearby and lovely walks in the Surrey Hills. If i had stayed longer, i might have gone to visit Denbighs Vineyard again as it is over 25 years since I was last there.

Good location to relaxing and taking stock of your life and good get away from noise a but from the city life, Liked the area and would like to visit again if possible but the only set back for us was the bathroom was outdated, room 38 bathroom was not nice at all with chipped bath sink.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. The location in Leatherhead was convenient, and check-in was smooth. It felt private and quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The management team were responsive and quick to reply whenever I raised concerns, which I appreciated.
