The site is lovely with lots of space. There are currently 3 yurts with a 4th one being built. The site has a small but well equipped kitchen with a BBQ. There is gas to boil a kettle & have hot showers. The yurts are well designed with a warm homely feeling. Vidar was very friendly & explained everything on our arrival. We walked to a local pub for dinner the second night which was delicious. We would stay again.

From the moment we stepped into the Ibex Inn we were made to feel welcome by initially Steve but all the staff were absolutely lovely even the girl that greated us at breakfast was so welcoming a little ray of sunshine. The bedroom was spacious, clean and had everything you needed the shower was fab plenty of hot water and nice and powerful, bed very comfortable just what we needed after driving through a storm had a great sleep We spent a night in the bar great choice of beer and the locals were so friendly. In the morning we choose a full English breakfast and it was superb the best breakfast I can genuinely say we've ever had faultless, cooked perfectly with excellent ingredients and then we picked up a keg of ale from a small local brewer lovely guy would recommend you give him a visit. We will definitely be back loved our stay thank you for a great stopover xx

If there is no air conditioning in the room, there should be...

If there is no air conditioning in the room, there should be fans available for ALL rooms in the event of hot weather. Room was unbearably hot. Sleep was scarce as a result. The rest of the stay was very good.

Exceptional, friendly & helpful guy on reception. The room was exactly as required, very comfortable, great value. Easy parking. Restaurant for breakfast etc next door. Will definitely use this hotel again. Very convenient for M4. Would recommend getting instructions for getting to the hotel in advance if travelling eastbound on M4 as the hotel is on the westbound side of M4 - not a problem, it's very easy when you know how! Use the same route to cross back over to continue travelling eastbound.

Staff reception very good .location is no good for older people.took long time to find coming from West. One little sign on trees hidden by huge trucks .had to drive through no entry sign's 🚫 into factories find the road to cross motorway hotel sign in the farthest corner .find place to park then walk to hotel which has no access. But staff were very helpful

The location is perfect for us as we have family in the surrounding area so we could all meet and have a Starbucks and all so easy to get to lambourn where most of the family live. Having the dog with was was perfect and having the grass hill right outside made late night pee really easy

Staff were really friendly, room and bathroom were tired but very clean, bed was comfy and generally good value for a money - it doesn't claim to be a 5 star hotel, but does what it says on the tin and provides a clean, comfortable stopover with plenry of tea and coffee in the room.
