Clean and comfortable room with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits (good quality) included. Great shower and en=suite facilities. Plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes. Breakfast and other food was exceptional.

The community pub vibe could be felt everywhere, it was so friendly and practical and helpful. The room and bathroom decor was "sophisticated rustic charm" without being pretencsious. The whole experience was exceptional. We will be back for a longer period for sure.

A very impressive building from the driveway. We were greeted with a lovely welcome in reception. Our room was lovely. Very comfortable and the views were amazing from two sides of the building. The food was delicious and they had a good selection of zero alchol drinks. Our bottle of Zero Freixenet was brought to us in an ice bucket which was a lovely touch and made it feel "Real ", which added to our enjoyment. Breakfast was lovely there was something for everyone. The lady on breakfast service was very happy and welcoming, and made us fee very at home. The chef too, was very friendly over the breakfast domes. A fantastic stay. We loved the lounge with the fireplace.

Loved the serenity of the apartment, although it was surrounded by houses it was lovely and quiet. Easy self check in, instructions to the apartment easy enough to follow. Thank you Mel & Jason for a very enjoyable stay.

Couldn't fault this little Gem, and the Hosts were fabulous and so understanding. I have quite a few health issues and when I had a bad turn early on and struggled to make checkout they were so attentive to my needs, honestly I can't recommend this place enough. It's beautiful.

Lovely hotel, good location, we booked it as a base to get...

Lovely hotel, good location, we booked it as a base to get into Barnoldswick. Easy to book a taxi into Barnoldswick. The bar was well stocked and managed. The hotel served food until 9pm, we however only had breakfast there. Breakfast was good, self service in the bar area. Room 1 was very small not really for a couple, more suited to single room. Only one side table and one chair. Shower cubicle a bit small. Room 22 ( our riends room) however was large and 2 double beds !

The hotel was a complete surprise - lovely room with great...

The hotel was a complete surprise - lovely room with great views and our car right outside. Very snuggly bed, truly lovely staff, really nice food too. The only slight blip was the outdated bathroom however, it was still better than others we have stayed at (why do some venues only offer a tiny sink?). Overall, very happy to return, and for much longer. Exceptional value.

You just felt welcome from the minute you arrive and this continues throughout your stay. Food was good too. There was a leaflet showing walks from the hotel what a great idea, and the one I took down to the canal was very enjoyable. I didn’t see any member not looking to see if they could help a customer all were a credit to the management what a great team.

From check in to leaving this was a great place to stay. A really great find. Everything was good from the room to the food which I would highly recommend. It was good for visiting places in either Lancashire or Yorkshire.

The cleanliness of the restaurant/ bar and the rooms was outstanding The food was out standing as was the service. Very polite and friendly staff who were always on hand to help and serve. It’s a long time since I have stayed overnight in a hotel with such fantastic staff, food and rooms.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and always found it a lovely place to stay. This time was no exception. The bingo night was a bonus and the win was even better. Our meal was really good and the staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and met all our expectations, apart from the fact we both felt that the sliding doors into the shower didn't leave us much room to get in and out. More to do with our age than a problem with the room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

Location was very nice and easy to get to - we were visiting our daughter who stays in Barnoldswick - so lust a couple of miles from the hotel. Room was lovely decent bed - great couch - looking out over the hills. Nice and quiet through the night even though the hotel seemed really busy. Breakfast was really nice with a decent choice of food well mate.

Fabulous luxurious hotel. Gorgeous rooms, very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee etc. Even had chocolates on the pillows!! Meal was proper restaurant quality. Very friendly staff Thank you so much.
