We had an exceptional and memorable weekend.The pods were nice and cosy, the hot tub was a cherry on the cake. Thank you to Mark and Janice as they were flexible to accommodate our spa treatments despite their busy schedule. I would definitely come back, and next time, we will try out the deluxe pod.

The house is spacious and has been refurbished to a high level. The location is beautiful with so many walks on your doorstep around the estate, with great equestrian facilities. The bedrooms are comfortable and warm with great beds and black out blinds. The showers are good and the living room has lovely sofas, a peat burning stove for cozy evenings and a smart tv. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the dining room is perfect for leisurely dinners. Would absolutely stay again!

The location, the building itself, the dining and above all, the staff were exceptional. We stayed for a surprise visit for my mother’s 80th birthday and I can honestly say, we have never, in any hotel in the world, stayed anywhere where there have been more helpful, attentive and pro active staff across the board. Staff were in on the surprise and were contacting me in advance of our arrival to check on details and offer us various options to help make out stay even more special. I cannot recommend this venue more! Thank you so, so much for making our stay unforgettable.

Denise & Jim were very accommodating. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful gardens. Comfortable beds. Efficient service and simple check i n process getting keys. Short ride to the manor house hotel were our friends had their wedding. Jim even offered to drop us off the following morning to get our car. We would stay again.

The Cleanliness - spotless properties. It actually looked like a first time rent. The facilities - 3 bedroom all with TV's, all with wardrobe space all with lovely bedclothes. Fridge was stocked. Cooking facilities were excellent - air fryer and cookers - all available if required. It would be perfect for a weeks holidays.

Cosy Nook cottage surpassed our expectations. The cottage is very clean and comfortable (all the furniture is so comfortable, including the beds). The cottage is furnished and kept at a very high standard. There are plenty of cooking utensils. Clare was a great hostess and I had great communication with her, before and during our stay and she endeavoured to accomodate our needs. There was a lovely welcome package left for us, which we appreciated. The outside area is also lovely and would be great in good weather. Cosy Nook cottage is a great location to explore the surrounding area and a lovely place to unwind in. We look forward to future booking we have made.

A great place for touring, friendly natives, Mahons is a family run friendly hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, food excellent, entertainment at weekends excellent, although they work on what we nickname Fermanagh time which usually means nothing arrives or starts exactly on time as advertised, it's very laid back and relaxing.

Excellent town shopping not bad good shoe shop and ladies and men clothing shop for a small town it was excellent. Nice drive to enniskillen which was not far away. Hotel food was first class really, really good. Did not try anywhere else as no point . Really enjoyed going around reading the famine story not enough time and so much to learn.

Irvinestown is lovely and quiet.

Irvinestown is lovely and quiet. Plenty of good quality shopping, people so kind, friendly and helpful. 25 minutes drive to Enniskillen. Well situated for sightseeing. We ate in Mahons hotel very reasonable and great food. Also in Mollys big open fire and good food.

I wish we'd taken more walks around the nearby area.

I wish we'd taken more walks around the nearby area. We spoke to some locals who recommended the bridle paths and a walk around the castle ruins. We dined in Mollys Gastro Pub Restaurant - it was excellent.

Irvinestown is a small little town which has supermarket, bank, pubs, chemists, fast food places, a clothes shop, plus a few others. But it has open country all around it, so you could walk the roads and lanes. The locals are friendly and pleasant. It is quiet and night life none existence apart from pubs. But it is a good base to stay at while only a short drive from bigger shopping areas and interesting places such as lochs, the Ulster folk park, giants causeway, Londonderry, Guinness trail, Portrush etc without the noise of busy towns or cities.

Really good location for visiting Enniskillen and Donegal on separate days. The hotel staff are lovely. This creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was modern and spotless. The breakfast is very comprehensive and generous with many options on the menu. The evening dining experience is equally impressive with attentive waiting and an excellent menu. Finally, Irvinestown is a very quiet location at night, which makes for a good night's sleep.

Loved the jacuzzi , and all the small gestures left for us! Hot chocolates ingredients were left for the kids and so many hotels these days charge the world without even leaving water but we were left water , chocolates, biscuits etc. Everything was very thoughtful. It was a gorgeous little pod and you could tell the family really look after them. They were spotless and plenty of room with fold out table and bed/couch. Always hot water and options of fan and heating.

The rooms were very tastefully decorated. Beds very comfy and bedding soft and comfortable. Everything was very peaceful and quiet. An easy check in , getting keys at Mahons hotel, very accommodating, changed rooms for us. We were taken over to the courtyard and showed to our rooms.

We were self catering in a cottage with everything you need. Hotel food was delicious. Location was perfect. Really relaxing and the kids enjoyed it. Check out 10:00, although you can pay £20 for late check out for £20, latest is 12:00.
