Fantastic room: loved the attention to detail (bear towels are to die for) and cleanliness. Vibrant atmosphere in the bar with good and well presented meals. Good location on the very edge of Christchurch: 30 minutes to high street and quay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotels vibe and styling was very cool, topped off with the bar and eatery downstairs. The staff were exceptional and breakfast was superb- best we’ve had for a while.

Everything was excellent ♥️ Staff very friendly and helpful..especially Luisa,cause she helped me a lot for transport and explained a lot to me to get to the station etc… Breakfast very good and a wide variety to choose from, only 1 thing i expected that at least there will be fried eggs,but never mind on the whole it is a very good hotel and I recommend it a lot. Location perfect, although i had a leg injury and had to climb up the hill, but never mind accidents happen.

location was easy to find ,just of the A35, easy to get to...

location was easy to find ,just of the A35, easy to get to other attractions in the Area, beaches , towns along the Dorset coast and the New Forest; , bonus for this stay is that there is a beach hut available at Southbourne Beach, the property was very clean, warm and tidy , both bedrooms had very comfortable beds; the Kitchen had absolutely everything that anyone would need, the walk in shower was super .plenty of hot water etc, great access to the property at rear, from dedicated parking spot in to garden that had ample seating etc, plus a fully stocked barbecue. Christchurch has plenty of eateries to cater for all tastes, and easy to get to good pub restaurants in the locality, the Amberwood Inn at Hinton was particularly good as was the Toby Carvery. Shopping was easy , many Supermarkets close to the property.

Very good bus services.

Very good bus services. No where good to walk to for eating out in the evening, my husband, due to having Bone Cancer has difficulty walking, before we booked there seemed to be a few places but the standard was poor! Not your fault!
