Such a beautiful hotel, renovated to high standard with super friendly staff. Family rooms are great with built in bunks for the kids and our room the kids could see deer from the window. The Full English Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel and came out piping hot. This is our second stay at the hotel. Once in summer and now again at Christmas. Highly recommend

I love staying at the harbour hotels. The rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable. Great attention is given to every detail. This hotel also has exceptional views and offers a very tranquil experience. The spa has everything you'll need to relax and unwind. The staff, from reception, bar, and servers, go above and beyond. They all help create a very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. The food served was very tasteful. I will definitely stay again , hopefully for longer.

The manor was very comfortable and in lovely grounds. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any request or question. A very nice breakfast was included either full English or Continental or both. Would definitely stage again.

Highcliffe is great for quick access to lovely beaches.

Highcliffe is great for quick access to lovely beaches. The main street has a selection of pubs and restaurants. It is a great base to explore the New Forrest and Christchurch. There's plenty of places for walkers too.

Highcliffe is a beautiful place for all ages, it has the best beach, views and sunsets in the world, plenty of parking. You do have to do your research with ferry times, this year 2024, the ferry from mudifud Quay doesn't start until June. due to repairs.

Highcliffe is not a Castle, just an expensive country house...

Highcliffe is not a Castle, just an expensive country house built around 1830 as wings on to an older private chapel. It's over a quarter-mile from The Lord Bute restaurant-with-rooms (by the old gate-lodges) which clings to the family name, more familiar in Cardiff and Scotland.

We wish we had known how noisy the rooms are at the front of the hotel ! If you dont mind keeping the triple glazed windows shut you can have the air conditioning on !! Still lots of noise!! It got worse when there was a commotion at the restaurant next door in the early hours! It was so loud we picked up the names of two of the group!!

Been here before, staff were excellent, Hotel needs some serious upgrading, looking very drab and dirty, also breakfast needs sorting out regarding options, one minute only offered Continental Breakfast, when I complained regarding the limited choice, all of a sudden we were offered Full English the next day. Once they spend a bit on the rooms being refurbished and the breakfast menu being sorted out I'd have no problems staying here again

Clean and tidy newly decorated apartment in the Highcliffe town centre close to the beach. The apartment is perfect for 2 people or a family of 4 people like we were. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment even has a small terrace. All services are nearby. The owner responded to our queries very quickly..
