Lovely place, we felt like we were home. The owners were very kind and helpful, the place was cosy and clean and the location was perfect. Close to shops and 2 minutes walk from Harlow Mill station. The area is quiet and the bed was nice and comfortable so we were able to get a nice rest.

Nice ambient. The rooms were sufficiently equipped. We had a full day party within the hotel halls. Lovely. The hotel surrounding space and town caught my attention best. Took peaceful evening and morning walks. Only thing I missed was a gym.

Sorry to say Harlow was quite sad and gone rather down hill...

Sorry to say Harlow was quite sad and gone rather down hill. Lots of traffic jams due to the many roadworks going on. To be honest our visit was for a funeral so did not make any tourist forays into area.

My advice to anyone visiting Harlow would be to avoid the...

My advice to anyone visiting Harlow would be to avoid the shopping areas and head to the many green spaces as well as follow the amazing art trail ... There are sculptures by Rodin, Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth amongst others around the town ..

The staff are very kind and friendly . Unfortunately for us, the hardness of the mattress made our stay beyond uncomfortable and I would never want to try and sleep on such a brick wall again. Those who do better with a very firm mattress will be absolutely fine.

The Harlow was ideally situated for me.

The Harlow was ideally situated for me. The room was clean but cold Only two sockets on the dresser non by the bed. I asked if there was and iron in my room . I was told YES but there wasn't. With the cost of the breakfast being extra the price for stay was a bit expensive. Full marks for breakfast 😋 👌 I woukd stay again

Had a wedding Fri came back all roads blocked could not get in ,had to leave car in residential area and walk to hotel, how ever disabled body friend, (who could walk unaided) fell out of car and was in middle of road , neighbour said work been going on all week, now in a great deal of pain and as to use a walking frame ,hospital said she has muscular trauma, and can take months to heal , we should of been told b4 or on arrival about this work, lack of communication, oh wrong box should of written below

the location was good. the owner was friendly and helpful. there's free on the road parking around the neighbourhood. it's a simple room but good if you just want somewhere to get your head down and don't want to pay crazy London hotel prices.
