The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Moreover, it is not very far from the center. I could have a walk to visit the city. The room had a very functional and fancy interior design, I wouldn't expect more in the UK. It was possible to have late dinner while every other restaurants were closed (winter time)

The hotel is amazing, fantastic decor and comfortable rooms. The location is a little far from the train station but there's so much to see on the walk down it doesn't make it an issue. The staff are friendly and very informative, especially Harper at the front desk who gave us great suggestions for things to do during the day

The FOH manager is excellent, and all of the staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is in a great location for the city, bus services to venture away from city is good.
