Cozy little hut with great views. Off the main road so I felt safe. Good heating and bathroom facilities. Had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Caroline was very helpful, allowed me to contact her for anything I needed. She recommended places to eat and also places to see. I felt very welcome and looked after.

Such a lovely lodge in a very remote, quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday with stunning views, lovely morning walks.The chalet had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Loads of wildlife around! Karl, the host, very friendly and inviting.

A beautiful place. The train from Harry Potter passes right under the window. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of burners, pots, plates and cutlery. Plus a coffee brewer. Behind the railroad crossing (2 minutes from the house) is a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. I would definitely recommend.

Staying at the Prince's House was an absolute delight! The old mansion exudes timeless elegance, transporting you back to the era of Scottish nobility. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, allowing us to relax in style. The restaurant exceeded expectations with its diverse menu of fine cuisine, each dish impeccably prepared and utterly delicious. The attention to detail extended to the pottery and silverware, adding a touch of refinement to every dining experience. Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Prince's House to anyone seeking to indulge in the luxurious charm of a bygone era and feel like royalty for a day. A truly five-star experience!

We actually stayed a couple of miles down the road in...

We actually stayed a couple of miles down the road in Kinlocheil. Little bit of road noise as there's a 60mph speed limit. Lots of wildlife about and our hosts feed the deer who come to the rear of the property every evening. Lovely area and the Hogwarts Express (Harry Potter - Chamber of Secrets) can be seen around 10.45am just up the road crossing Bob McAlpine's concrete viaduct.
