We absolutely loved staying at the Mouse House! It's impressive how the cottage has been renovated keeping the old character with many small details to enjoy for the guests. We had everything we could think of and it was very comfortable. The cottage is located in a cute little village close enough to shops or petrol station. There are several nice walks in the area. We loved everything and especially the fireplace. We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone, thank you!

Fantastic hotel steeped in history, the owners were lovely and friendly . Very welcoming and went out of there way to accomodate any needs . The room was spacious and we loved looking around at all the old stuff especially the big painting on the top floor with a few faces amongst the gentlemans portrait. Its a must to visit and we can not wait to go back again.

The staff were incredible. Very intensive, knowledgeable and smiley. Dinner was perfect. Able to cater for our dietary requirements without fuss. Lots of flavour & great portion sizes. I definitely recommend the Thai Curry. Breakfast choice was amazing too. Again catering for all diets.

The property oozes with charm around every corner and staff was kind and made us feel like regulars. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town and near to all the local buses. Although rooms are small they are lovely, very clean and have nice touches. We had dinner in the pub, breakfast in the restaurant and lingered in the coffee shop, all delightful.
