Beautiful both inside and out set in the rolling hills of Northumberland. The interior fittings and furniture are both tasteful and occasionally quirky.

The staff were lovely. Vicky and Holly were particularly great. Vicky even went out to buy my mum special tea after her long shift. Breakfast was great. The pool was lovely…. Great that there was a kid free session. Loved the fact that people could bring there’re dogs along.

House is exactly as advertised in the pictures, absolutely lovely house for our stay. Visiting family in Annfield Plain. House was also decorated fully with christmas decorations which was such a lovely bonus. Facilities included sky, heating, bathroom amenities, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron. Nothing to fault, we loved our stay and will return in the future when visiting family again.

What guests said about Edmondbyers:

There was very little to like!

There was very little to like! The photographs on the website are misleadingly flattering . Certainly the room we were in was basic at best. It was clean but uncomfortable. Staff were helpful enough and tried to show how the TV worked and put heating on. Carpets on stairs were dirty and torn. Doors were dirty. It seemed odd to stay in a licensed premises with no one living in the pub . I would not recommend this place to anyone.
