Lovely traditional pub modernized in a very tasteful and cozy manner. We loved our big room at the top of the building, with a large and extremely comfortable bed and large bathroom with standalone bat tub and separate shower. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and they were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely everything.... And don't ask me about the amazing Gurkha restaurant. Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We we're going to a 3 day event at the Crowne Plaza but couldn't get rooms, so booked in here. Their loss, we've booked the same event for next year but will definitely be returning here to the Woodcock

We stayed at Hever Castle as we had tickets for Anne Boleyn the musical. The accommodation was excellent, the food very good and the service was everything to be expected. There is car parking very close to the accommodation, free entry to the castle and grounds on both days before and after the nights stay. There are plenty of options in and around Hever for dining if you want more than is offered in the castle facilities.

The only thing to praise was the beautiful building- the furnishing and fittings left a lot to be desired. two nights stay was more than enough and certainly we would not have wished to be there for any longer.

I really enjoyed being close to the castle and had the...

I really enjoyed being close to the castle and had the opportunity to walk in the grounds after dark. The lounge had an open fire , which was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and clearly take a pride in their work. Standards of cleanliness were excellent. As a solo traveller, I would highly recommend the Astor Suite. Lovely room with a bath. The local pub was being refurbished which meant I had to look at other options for dinner as no evening meals are served on site. Breakfast made up for it though with lots of choices available. The castle and grounds are stunning and staff are very informative.( The neon sign on the doughnut van, parked outside slightly spoiled the overall mood but I’m just being picky! ) I will definitely be returning soon!

The castle and grounds are simply so beautiful. The suite I booked was even better than the photos on the site and the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I came away very relaxed and can't wait to return.

Exploration is part of the experience - Hever Castle B&B offers many suggestions to visit....go, explore! Two favourites to visit once you have taken in the Castle and grounds, is Chartwell (once the home of Winston Churchill) and Penshurst Palace, a short drive from your venue.

We came for Hever Castle and loved the accommodation, the opportunity to drive out for evening meal was nice for us as we came by car. The grounds of the castle are spectacular and beautiful the castle was interesting and well presented.

Absolutely beautiful property, we stayed in the Wild Rose room which had a four poster bed, beautiful fireplace and a lovely freestanding bath. Honestly blown away by how amazing this hotel is, there is so much character in all of the rooms and yet everything is very well maintained and clean. Being able to walk around Hever Castle grounds out of ours was very unique, and we got to visit the castle as part of our stay. Breakfast was also really good, plenty of choice and great service. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was excellent for Hever Castle. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even booking our restaurant for us. The breakfast was freshly made and served not and delicious. The room had its own outside table and chairs to sit with your coffee (or wine). The Hotel was beautifully decorated and had Plenty of parking spaces

Loved it. The location is wonderful. Great to have the grounds for hotel guests only after the castle shut. The local pub is about 10mins walk away. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. We had a standard room it was spacious and the bathroom was luxurious. Great to have entrance to the castle included.
