Staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room had a problem and they upgraded our booking without any charge. We spent a night in the Jane Austen suite and it was a dream. It was such to be Jane Austen for a day. Breakfast was really good. Free parking.

Everything was perfect for us, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, In fact, they made a mistake with our reservation for the restaurant, it wasn't meant to open on New year's eve, but they got us a chef and he came and cooked for us that night. Gorgeous location in a little village on the Cotswold Way. Ideal for doing strolls north and south of this. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant served excellent dinners. The gardens were extensive and a great place for enjoying lunch or a drink from the bar.
