The location of the hotel was great!! Just a short walk away from the nearest bus stop which takes you right to the centre of town and train station. If you like a walk then it only took about half an hour to get to town centre. Room also had a fresh bowl of fruit and biscuits to go with your cup of tea or coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the lady that booked us in an our arrival (sorry can’t rember name but was from the USA) pointed out some places of interest and told us about the bus service.

Breakfast was excellent and could be delivered to your room. The bed was comfy and room spotless. The view from the room from both sides was lovely. Location was really good for exploring Clifton and could walk in to the centre though Uber and bolt both readily available and cheap.
Hort's Townhouse is conveniently set in Bristol, and features a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar.

Everything was amazing - from a slightly early check in, to the beautiful room.
The room was incredibly well thought through and felt more like a high end bedroom than a hotel room.
Although we didn't use it, we loved the options the alternative mini bar offered. We ordered room service via the app one morning and the breakfast was amazing.
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone visiting Bristol.
Good points: The room was clean.
Bad points: Terrible service, didn’t see a single staff member only other disgruntled ‘guests’. Was charged for a cooked breakfast which never appeared. Called their contact number on the notice board in reception twice, left a message asking about the breakfast arrangements but got no response. Eventually I had to leave for my appointment without any breakfast. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
