This is a very nice hotel in an old renovated industrial building. Our room was big and very comfortable with all necessary facilities. It is conveniently located, so we could walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. We arrived early enough to get a parking space right outside the hotel, but they are limited. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices - we had an excellent avocado toast with poached eggs, in addition to the buffet.

Lovely old hotel with exceptional staff. Great location near the train station. Room was very cold when I checked in but that was soon sorted once I mentioned it to Kristina at reception. Bar staff were great.

Dundee is a beautiful place to visit,there’s so much to do and see the V&A museum and shop is out of this world! Ice skating is also a really great experience and down at the beach there are some of the best views.

An interesting city.

An interesting city. The people were lovely and it is an excellent base to travel to other locations. Excellent bus service to St Andrews and Tentsmuir forest. Plenty of choice for eating and shopping. Museums and galleries. Would return.

I like Dundee. I like the buildings.

I like Dundee. I like the buildings. Nicely pedestrianised centre. Sad to see so many empty shops. I was there to visit my sister in Ninewells Hospital so I didn’t eat out. The bus services were very good.

Great views of the Tay Bridge.

Great views of the Tay Bridge. Mills Observatory well worth a visit, saw Saturn with its rings through a telescope. I notice this is not listed among "popular places in Dundee". V&A Museum building well worth a look even if you are not interested in the contents. Ate at V&A cafe (good food but pricey). Bought ham an bread at a supermarket to make my own sandwiches. I did not see a McDonalds, Burger King, Domino Pizzas nor Greggs. Walked everywhere, stayed about 1 mile from the centre.

Lots to do !

Lots to do ! V & A was excellent and so was the Jute museum. A bonus was the Jazz Festival coinciding with our visit. Plenty of good restaurants and my CD collection has grown after visiting the music shops. We walked around using the free trail leaflets.

I used to live in Dundee from 2006 to 2012. Its an interesting City. The history is interesting. The McManus Galleries, The Verdant Works, The Discovery Ship and more. And more modern is the V n A Musuem. The Dundonians are characters...

I was visiting my brother in Ninewells hospital Dundee and found the Landmark & Spa hotel very easy. It was a beautiful sunny ☀️😎 day so I decided to walk to the hospital which only took me half an hour. Beautiful comfortable hotel with a great dining room and bar. The bedroom was very clean & comfortable with ensuite bathroom,TV & tea & coffee facilities. Great overnight stay for visiting family or friends. Would definitely book this hotel again if only to try out their Spa. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location is good, it's on the main street in the city centre, but that didn't mean it was noisey at all. The facilities are alright, maybe it could be better with more but it's ok. The rooms were fine, they're basic, but you pay a cheap price so that's alright. Staff were good, and it's a curious place to go to, a weird old building (or two or three) so there's more character than some modern identikit hotel.

The room,spa and food were excellent . We were given a room with a fantastic view of Dundee. The restaurant was pricey but worth every penny. We plan on staying on a more regular basis. The hotel has a very chilled out atmosphere and lovely, friendly staff. Especially in the restaurant.

We were going to a wedding in Dundee the next day so the hotel was in a good location only 5 mins from the church. Whilst the hotel car park was full it was still easy to get parked at the council car park just a few mins walk from the hotel.
