Luxury from the money you arrive. Staff were lovey couldn’t do any more for you. The smell through out the hotel was lovely. Welcome Champaign on arrival, valet. Once car had been returned we were even offered water for The journey home.

The layout of the rooms and Decor. As a painter and Decorator of a top hotel in Stratford upon Avon I love the colours used. Great location with just the amount of shops needed. Very very comfortable accommodation and great facilities. Were a few snags but that's from a Decor point of few however didn't mind them. But overall absolutely loved our visit and will definitely be visiting again.
