The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccably clean (exceptional by London standards), with daily, thorough housekeeping. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was quiet, with precise temperature control, and the bathroom was cozy, featuring a spacious, comfortable shower. Although the room was on the small side the facilties were excellent (coffee, tea, water, iron....) Nice and quiet despite being in a very busy part of London. We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant. Great value.

Basic facilities were available; however, parking was limited to the street. The room was spacious and relatively clean, though improvements could have helped build our trust. The bathroom and toilet were very small, located on separate floors from the room, and the kitchen was shared. Fortunately, there were no other occupants during our stay, which made us feel more comfortable. The lack of heating in both the toilet and bathroom, along with the non-functional toilet light, would have been problematic in winter. I hope the host takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the situation. Additionally, some power outlets did not work, and a broken kettle was still left on the kitchen table.

It’s a lovely neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants...

It’s a lovely neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. There’s a cinema, theatre and park at walking distance. All the amenities you need are in very close proximity and interesting little shops that really tickle your fancy. I enjoyed my stay and really enjoy exploring the neighbourhood.

It was pretty perfect.

It was pretty perfect. The only problem was a broken roller blind on one of the windows. (Sparrow) Great shower. Clean We ate twice in the hotel breakfast and evening meal both good. Service was quick.
