From the moment I arrived at Shaz's House, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for. This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it's a home away from home, largely thanks to the phenomenal hospitality of the owner, Shaz. 👋 The spacious and immaculately clean room provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a standing fan, which made my stay even more comfortable. 🌬️ The bathroom was equally impressive—well-organized and spotless. ✨ However, what truly set this experience apart was the owner's generosity and genuine kindness. He went above and beyond, providing invaluable, detailed information on how to navigate London, which saved me so much time and stress. His helpful advice was a true gift. 🗺️ To top it all off, I was graciously invited to a kind and hospitable dinner, a gesture that highlighted the warmth and personal touch of this establishment. 🍽️ I cannot thank Shaz enough for the wonderful stay and for making my trip to London so memorable. ❤️ Shaz's House is a shining example of outstanding hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and truly welcoming place to stay. ⭐

I stayed overnight due to a change to my flight schedule from Heathrow. It was great having somewhere that was conveniently close and comfortable as a stopover in between international connections. The restaurant was great as well.

We like the location since it is very near Heathrow airport. There’s even a hotel shuttle (with minimal charge) that brings you to and from the airport. The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable. Dominic and Girlie accommodated our luggage in the stock room for a few days since we are going first to Copenhagen and will be back in London to stay in Holiday Inn hotel again. Amazing service! Thank you Dominic and Girlie.
