We booked around 9pm due to another property letting us down last minute. So glad we did as we had a great stay for my sons 11th birthday the staff where great .very welcoming and polite given the time we arrived and how busy they where in the eventful restaurant area. the family room was a great size for 2 adults, 11 year old 3 year old and 10 month old. and very clean. Concidering the live singer and amount of people partying enjoying themselfs downstairs we never heard a thing again nothing to fault on noise with a baby. so room is very well sound proofed. breakfast was fab and again staff in morning where great my 10 month old son took a shine too one of the girls in restaurant shouting on her and smiling away whenever she walked by our table. would definately book an overnight stay again. Thank you to all staff x

Easy check-in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. I will think twice about taking my family here though...especially at weekends. there was a party playing very loud music until 4am. Quite disrespectful. Don't mind it going on until 1am but, most of the night?

Low level room as we had our 8 year old Yorkie with us.

Low level room as we had our 8 year old Yorkie with us. The room was spotless and the bed was great, we had an excellent couple of nights sleep. Anything we asked for we received and nothing was too much to ask. Room service was excellent and the wife being a Tea Lover required some extra milk which they did. Lovely food and awesome staff

No USB ports in the room, 2 plugs located under the TV which isn’t ideal when you pay to stay in a room you don’t want to sit on the chair attached to the charger. Noisy guests banging doors Bin men woke me up and I just got up and left. Terrible stay

We stayed in Chryston to be handy for visiting an elderly...

We stayed in Chryston to be handy for visiting an elderly relative in Kirkintilloch- the hotel would also be very handy for Glasgow and other towns in the area as just off one of the main roads. We did not see anything of Chryston or the immediate surroundings.

If I could have slept the first night it would have been...

If I could have slept the first night it would have been perfect.. Getting kept up till 3.45 am in the morning was a disgrace and too be told nothing can be done when I complained at 7.45 am . If hotel happy enough if a guest never got sleep till 3.45am in the morning with guests smoking laughing and shouting outside rooms outside.. Told I should have phoned at time and when I said I never realised phone was in room as cushion was on it and told well nothing we can do now. It was 7.45 am I went to reception too complain. Our day meeting family after 18 months was ruined as myself and wife were too tired to spend whole day with them.. Absolutely poor from Gartfield hotel

The Hotel was Clean, Modern, well decorated. Friendly, helpful staff. Dinner was excellent and breakfast lovely. Chryston itself doesnt have places of interest but does have this marvellous hotel.

The staff were friendly from the time we arrived, the room was a good size and had coffee facilities etc. The hotel was lovely and neat and in a central location for the things we wanted to do while in Glasgow and aurrounds. The breakfast selection was fantastic as it catered for all our needs. The staff at breakfast and in the evening were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Being winter the hotel was warm. The staff from the receptionist to the housekeeping were very friendly and chatty. The room lights were on for us getting back and the curtains closed which was a nice touch. No complaints whatsoever.

We were travelling with our 2 dogs. The hotel rooms were large and well equipped. We really liked the dog towels, bowls and treats provided. We would book again.
